Our services may use the Google Ads API and related Google APIs to retrieve keyword planning data, search volume estimates, and advertising performance metrics. Use of these features is subject to Google APIs Terms of Service in addition to these Terms.

We access Google Ads API data solely for the purpose of providing keyword research and advertising intelligence functionality. Data retrieved via Google APIs is used only as permitted under Google's policies and is not sold or transferred to third parties.

3. User Accounts and Access

Access to our internal tools and API integrations requires authorised credentials. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ad Media Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
